How can I cancel a recurring (auto-renew) proxy plan?
Here's how you can cancel or stop a recurring (auto-renew) proxy plan:
From your "Plans" page, click the "View" button of the recurring proxy plan that you wish to cancel.
On the proxy plans page, click "Management actions" tab - this tab is only visible if your plan is recurring
Click the "Request Cancellation" button.
Simply state a brief reason / note why you are cancelling the recurring plan and hit the "Request Cancellation" to proceed.
Once done, your plan will be converted to "non-recurring" immediately, and you will receive the confirmation message that cancellation request has been sent.
