Ace Proxies Refund Policy
At Ace Proxies, we want every customer to have a smooth and reliable experience with our proxy services. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact our support team at support@aceproxies.com before requesting a refund.
In most cases, technical issues can be resolved through proper setup, configuration, rotation, or troubleshooting.
Refunds are reviewed according to the conditions below and are subject to our full Terms and Conditions.
Refund Conditions
Ace Proxies only offers refunds for verified technical issues related to our proxy service.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Inability to use proxies on a specific website, platform, app, bot, program, or service
- Proxy incompatibility with a customer’s third-party software, browser, automation tool, account setup, or target website
- Proxy checker results that label proxies as “bad,” “down,” “slow,” “proxy,” “VPN,” “high risk,” or similar
- IP reputation, fraud score, blacklist score, or risk score shown by third-party IP checker websites
- Account bans, account locks, verification requests, checkpoint issues, or failed logins on third-party platforms
- Sneaker release failures, queue bans, cart drops, or checkout problems
- Misuse, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service
- Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or unused service after activation
1-Day plans are non-refundable.
Our services may be tested before purchase where applicable to help customers avoid potential compatibility issues.
Standard Proxy Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund on a new order only if all of the following conditions apply:
- You have an active monthly or weekly plan.
1-Day plans are non-refundable.
- You request the refund within 3 days of your order date.
- Your account has not been suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service.
- You open a new support ticket with the subject line:
Refund Request
- Your ticket includes your proxy username, order number, and a clear explanation of the technical issue.
- You have used less than 250MB of total bandwidth, including both upload and download data transfer through the proxy service.
- You have not previously claimed a refund from Ace Proxies under this policy.
Refunds are not guaranteed simply because a request is submitted. Each refund request is reviewed by our support team.
Mobile Proxy Refund Policy
Mobile Proxies are a live carrier-network service. Once activated and delivered, Mobile Proxy orders are generally non-refundable.
Mobile Proxies route traffic through real mobile carrier networks, such as 4G, 5G, or LTE carrier IP pools. Because these IPs are assigned by the mobile carrier network, Ace Proxies cannot guarantee a specific IP, ASN display, IP reputation score, fraud score, geolocation database result, or third-party checker result.
Mobile Proxy refunds are only considered if there is a verified technical failure that prevents the proxy from working and the issue cannot be fixed from our end.
Examples of refundable Mobile Proxy technical issues may include:
- The proxy is completely offline and cannot connect
- The proxy credentials do not authenticate even after support review
- The proxy has no internet access through the assigned connection
- The proxy server or routing system is confirmed to be nonfunctional
- Ace Proxies support is unable to restore, repair, or replace the connection within a reasonable troubleshooting period
Mobile Proxy refunds will not be provided for:
- High fraud score on IP checker websites
- Proxy flags shown by IP checker websites
- IPv4 or IPv6 reputation differences
- Outdated ISP, ASN, or geolocation information shown by third-party databases
- The IP appearing as a proxy, VPN, risky IP, or high-risk IP on public checker tools
- Inability to use the proxy on a specific website, app, platform, marketplace, bot, or service
- Target websites blocking, challenging, rate-limiting, or restricting the connection
- Account bans, account locks, login issues, checkpoints, or verification requests
- Failure to create, manage, verify, or access accounts on third-party platforms
- Requests for a specific carrier IP, city, subnet, or IP reputation level unless explicitly guaranteed in writing before purchase
Mobile Proxies include IP rotation options where available. Customers may rotate their IP using the provided rotation method or API link. However, rotation does not guarantee a specific IP score, reputation result, ASN display, or acceptance by any third-party platform.
Proxy Checker Results
Results from online proxy checkers, fraud score websites, sneaker bot proxy checkers, or similar tools are not considered valid proof that a proxy is unusable.
These tools often use different databases, scoring systems, and detection methods. The same IP may show a high score on one checker and a low score on another.
The most reliable way to test a proxy is to configure it directly in your browser or intended software and verify whether the connection works for its intended network function.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please open a new support ticket with the subject line:
Refund Request
Your request must include:
- Your order number
- Your proxy username
- The service type purchased
- A clear description of the technical issue
- Screenshots or error messages, if available
- The troubleshooting steps you have already tried
Refund requests sent without the required information may be delayed or denied.
Refund Timeline
We aim to process valid refund requests within 3 business days after approval.
In many cases, refunds are processed within hours during weekday support hours. However, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days or longer for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Cancellation Policy
If you did not select automatic renewal, your plan will not renew unless you manually renew it from your account or ask us to renew it for you.
If you selected the Auto-Renew or recurring billing option when ordering, you may cancel your plan at any time from your account dashboard under the Management Actions section.
