What is your refund policy?

Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day money back guarantee, which means that you can ask for a refund within 3 days after your purchase (not applicable to 1Day proxies as they are non-refundable). If you're not happy with our services, please send us details of the issue. If we can't fix it, we will return your money; however, the 3-day money back guarantee applies only for technical issues related to our proxy servers - for instance, down proxies. Check the list below to easily determine if your purchase is eligible for a refund:

We can only issue a refund for:

Dead proxies that are not pinging to any website

We can NOT issue refunds for:

Inability to use proxies on a specific program or service - Our service can also be tested before purchase in order to avoid potential incompatibilities

Sneaker proxies - We are not responsible for any potential bans, failures or problems that might occur during a release. It’s important to also note that that results from online proxy checkers and sneaker bots proxy checkers that list proxies as “BAD” or “DOWN” are not taken into account since they are unreliable testing tools. The simplest way to test a proxy is by configuring it in your browser. You can check our articles here for more info on how to do that. Furthermore, we do not claim our proxies can work against third-party systems or programs that any site uses to prevent proxy use in conjunction with a third-party program intended for automation such as bots.
