How to setup a proxy on Telegram (iOS)
Open your Telegram app.
Tap "Settings"
Select "Data and Storage"
Scroll down and select "Proxy" under Connection Type
Tap "Add Proxy"
SOCKS5 will be selected by default, and then enter your proxy's IP, port, username / password (if applicable) and tap "Done"
Make sure to toggle on the "Use Proxy"
