How to setup a proxy on Telegram (Android)
Launch Telegram on your Android phone.
Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines).
Click the “Settings” option, scroll to “Data and Storage”, and tap it.
Go to the “Proxy” section at the bottom of the page, and choose “Proxy Settings”.
Tap the “Add Proxy” button.
A new tab will open, and you can select SOCKS5, or MTPROTO. In this case, you can select SOCKS5.
Enter your proxy's credentials, like your IP and port, etc.
Click the tick icon at the top of the page when done.
