How to Configure a Proxy on Android Mobile Network
From your Android settings, select “Network & Internet”.
Select “Mobile network”.
Select "APN" or "Access Point Names" - if you do not see this from the selection, you may need to select “Advanced” first to see the "APN" option.
Tap on the APN you are currently using.
Enter the IP address and port of the proxy you want to use.
Save the changes.
Turn off then turn on mobile data.
Select “Mobile network”.
