# How can I cancel a recurring (auto-renew) proxy plan?

# Here's how you can cancel or stop a recurring (auto-renew) proxy plan:

1. From your **"Plans"** page, click the **"View"** button of the recurring proxy plan that you wish to cancel.

2. On the proxy plans page, click **"Management actions"** tab - _this tab is only visible if your plan is recurring_

3. Click the **"Request Cancellation"** button.

4. Simply state a brief reason / note why you are cancelling the recurring plan and hit the **"Request Cancellation"** to proceed.

5. Once done, your plan will be converted to **"non-recurring"** immediately, and you will receive the confirmation message that cancellation request has been sent.
